JOB DUTIES

  • Work closely with teammates and clients to evaluate and improve organizational processes and operations.

  • Meet with personnel and stakeholders to understand current views and perspectives.

  • Collect, review and analyze various types of data.

  • Research industry trends and best practices in a wide variety of areas.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop specific recommendations.

  • Manage competing deadlines and workloads in a fast environment.

  • Assist in planning and project management activities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-5 years professional and/or project experience in business analysis, process improvement, organizational development, communications and/or change management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • Experience in government operations is a plus, but not required.

  • Previous training and/or education in any of the following areas: communications, business analysis, finance, economics, project management, human resources, information technology, organizational development or public administration.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work performed in an office environment. Exposed to repetitive motions due to usage of computers on a daily basis. May have to sit for prolonged periods of time. May be required to lift up to 30lbs on occasion.
