  • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with teammates and clients.

  • Establish a knowledge of our firm's quality control and personnel policies and procedures. 

  • Know the rules and regulations for practice in the State of Oregon, and Code of Professional Conduct of the AICPA.

  • Apply principles of accounting to assist in analyzing financial information and help prepare financial reports.

  • May prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.

  • Interact with clients in a professional manner and help ensure that information is communicated efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist team members with ongoing assurance engagements and prepare workpapers for review.

  • Continues professional development through on the job training, educational opportunities, and participation in professional organizations.


  • Working towards 150 semester (225 quarter) hours in accounting coursework at an accredited college/university. 

  • Working towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, strong ethics and integrity.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to set and manage realistic expectations; ability to maintain professionalism and work positively and credibly with a wide variety of people even under adverse conditions; good judgment and decision-making; ability to analyze and resolve problems while managing multiple deadlines; ability to work within budgetary and time constraints.

  • Experience managing teams and multiple engagements or projects.

  • Highly self-motivated; ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
